These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Precision Leads' services, platform, and content. By using our site or working with our team, you agree to these terms.

1. Success-Based Relationship

Agents who engage with Precision Leads agree to a success-fee model, where:

-Precision Leads delivers seller leads

-Agents pay 40% of the listing-side gross commission upon a successful closing

-Terms are further detailed in the Success Fee Agreement

2. Lead Management

Agents agree to:

-Timely follow-up on leads delivered by Precision Leads

-Report any transaction activity originating from a Precision Leads-sourced lead

-Maintain ethical and professional behavior with all leads

Failure to engage leads within 30 days may result in reassignment, as outlined in the Agreement

3. Payment and Invoicing

-Success Fees are due at closing and paid via title disbursement or ACH

-Late payments may incur a 1.5% fee per month

-Agents are responsible for ensuring brokerage cooperation with disbursement

4. Intellectual Property

All creative, system, and marketing processes developed by Precision Leads remain our property and may not be reused or repurposed without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Precision Leads is not responsible for closings not completed by the agent. We provide qualified leads, but execution is the agent’s responsibility.

6. Termination

Precision Leads or the agent may terminate the relationship at any time. Agents remain liable for any deals that close within 120 days of termination

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be resolved in Florida unless required otherwise.
